Under the title "Nirgendland – A Literary-Musical Evening in Honor of Mascha Kaléko," a concert evening unfolds between chanson, poetry, and political remembrance. In musical dialogue with other musicians, a multi-voiced evening emerges, bringing the depth and complexity of Kaléko's work to life anew. "Wherever I travel, I go to Nowhere Land" – so it says in Mascha Kaléko's poem "No Lullaby." Her life's journey is exemplary for many voices that were silenced by displacement and loss of home – and yet continue to resonate. An evening about loss, belonging, and the power of language. A concert project that connects past, present, and future – poetic, political, deeply moving. Etta Scollo is a composer and performer between Berlin and Sicily. 19 albums, two gold records, awarded the Ruth World Music Prize. Her sound language combines poetry and social commitment – in a trio or with orchestras such as the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie, Ensemble Resonanz, among others. Artist-in-Residence at Villa Massimo. 2024: Order of Merit of Italy. Corinna Harfouch is one of the most important actresses in the German-speaking world. She has performed at the Volksbühne, the Deutsches Theater, in films such as Der Untergang (Downfall) or Lara, and has received numerous awards, including the German Film Award, the Theaterpreis Berlin, and the Kainz Medal. With vocal precision and a wide emotional range, she gives new power to Kaléko's words.
