EMV meets KGW3: Herbstkonzert

What's it about?

The autumn concert of the Eisenbahnermusikverein Wels takes place on Sunday, November 8th, at 6:00 PM at the Stadttheater Wels. Under the musical direction of Vera Falzeder, the audience can expect a versatile program in two different concert parts. The first part features the EMV Wels with selected works of brass band music. With the concert march "Sympatria," the narrative piece "Of Castles and Legends," and the rhythmically energetic "Quad City Stomp," the orchestra spans a range from traditional sounds to impressive musical images and energetic rhythms. Josef Strauß's "Moulinet Polka" completes the first part of the evening. In the second part, the wind orchestra is complemented by the Upper Austrian band KGW3. Together, EMV Wels and KGW3 combine the powerful sound of a large orchestra with pop, hip-hop, electronic beats, singing, rap, and distinctive trumpet sounds. The band was founded in 2019 and has gained wider recognition...
