What's it about?

Dancing from middle age... has been present in Austria for more than 40 years. Dancing is not only a joyful movement to music, but in advanced years, it can also significantly contribute to mental and physical fitness. Traditional dances from around the world are danced. These include circle dances, partner dances, contra, line dance, and square dance. The music consists of old hits, waltzes, marches, South American sounds, and traditional folk music from many different countries.
