Spiri Walk

What's it about?

We – Andrea, Gitti, Anni, and Erika – have been doing this for almost 3 years, walking together every Monday, regardless of the weather. Each time, a spiritual impulse is included, which we let work within us in brief silence and while walking. At the Spiriwalk, we connect body, mind, and soul. The nice thing about it: ✔ No registration or cancellation needed ✔ Experience community and make contacts ✔ Free – but not without cost Every Monday. Attention! Now also easier for those who have to work late: new start time from March at 6:30 PM. Exercise in the fresh air is good for the body. We need it to stay healthy and fit. It also benefits our mind to leave the confines of our own four walls and look into the distance. The soul needs to be acknowledged with its needs and wishes. At the Spiriwalk, body, mind, and soul come together. We walk in the wonderful nature around Bad Hall, receive a spiritual impulse, and let it sink into us in silence, then settle in through walking and talking with others. No registration required.
