Registration conditionsEvery registration is binding (not only after payment)! You will not receive a course confirmation. If you register by e-mail, you will receive feedback from us. Registration is required for courses with a limited number of participants at least 1 week before the start of the course! Payment receipts must be presented in the 1st course unit. For siblings aged 1 year and older who attend the same course, a 50% discount is granted, and for every additional child in the same course, a 25% discount. Payment is possible in cash at the EKIZ or by payment slip.Cancellation conditionsSince our events are calculated with minimal cost coverage, every participant cancellation leads to losses. A cancellation must therefore be made at least 1 week before the start of the course = registration deadline. Should you or the EKIZ not succeed in finding a replacement participant, we must charge the full course fee. Even in case of illness, or if you have to cancel a course prematurely, we cannot refund any costs or any partial amounts. For events that we have to cancel, we will refund the course fees in full.
