The former Güldene Märktl Weyer – a vibrant center of iron transport – has a rich history. Marked by the Turkish siege, fires, Reformation and Counter-Reformation, and the Hammer Lords, their traces are still clearly visible in the market scene today. The lecture is a perfect preparation for the market walk, which Ms. Schmölz regularly offers.
