Der zerbrochene Krug - Performance by the Theater Group Tragwein
What's it about?
Curtain up in Tragwein! The Theater Group Tragwein is performing this fall H.C. Artmann's wonderfully lively comedy "Der zerbrochene Krug" (after Heinrich von Kleist) directed by Ethem Saygieder-Fischer. What is it about? When the most valuable jug in the house shatters at night at Widow Rull's, the village goes into an uproar. Suspicion immediately falls on the jealous fiancé of the daughter Eva. Village judge Adam faces his toughest task under the watchful eyes of the chief inspector. The more he probes, the more absurd the trial becomes. A delightfully funny story full of linguistic wit, humor, and depth on the topic of abuse of power. Venue: Kulturtreff Bad Tragwein, Schulstraße 8, 4284 Tragwein. All performance dates: • Friday, 06.11.2026 – 7:30 PM (Premiere) • Saturday, 07.11.2026 – 7:30 PM • Friday, 13.11.2026 – 7:30 PM • Saturday, 14.11.2026 – 7:30 PM • Sunday, 15.11.2026 – 5:00 PM • Thursday, 19.11.2026 – 7:30 PM • Friday, 20.11.2026 – 7:30 PM • Saturday, 21.11.2026 – 7:30 PM.
