Then enjoy a guided fantasy journey to imaginary places, accompanied by the meditative tones and vibrations of singing bowls and the Tam Gong. What is the goal of the sound meditation? - Feeling of happiness - Deep relaxation (alpha state) - Letting go of accumulated stress, blockages, worries, and uncertainties - Reordering, harmony, balance - Activation of self-healing powers Please bring a yoga mat, small pillow, blanket, and water bottle.
