The holistic training concept uniquely combines ancient Eastern knowledge of body energy with modern movement theory and includes key elements from yoga, tai chi, dance, swimming, martial arts, and rowing. The fundamental difference from other training forms is that it involves complex three-dimensional movement sequences, based on the natural movement of the human body. These are performed in all directions and harmoniously connected with rhythmic breathing. Instead of training individual muscles, entire muscle function chains are activated, stimulating the deep, trunk-proximate muscles. The spine is straightened and its flexibility increased. The flowing movements stimulate the nervous system, open the body meridians, stretch the fascia, massage the internal organs, and release blocked energies and tensions. As a result, strength, coordination, mobility, and body awareness improve simultaneously. The entire exercise program is performed without equipment, allowing the learned exercises to be used individually at home or at work for relaxation. The course takes place on Pöstlingberg!
