What's it about?

We show how personal responsibility and a positive attitude facilitate daily work and ensure personal and shared success. A day for everyone who wants to effectively determine their life with new energy, appreciative communication, and genuine joy. To do this, we will focus on the following key topics: Acceptance: Accepting realities and focusing energy on areas that can be shaped. Optimism: Developing a solution-oriented basic attitude and realistic confidence. Self-efficacy: Strengthening trust in one's own competence and ability to act. Personal responsibility: Taking on the role of an active shaper and leaving victim roles. Network orientation: Valuing and promoting cooperation and mutual support. Future orientation: Defining clear goals and developing strategies for implementation. Solution orientation: Shifting the focus away from the problem towards feasible steps. Transfer to practice: Concrete steps for a motivated start directly the next morning. Contents: You take charge of your motivation and increase your self-efficacy. You learn how appreciative communication increases team dynamics and enthusiasm. You learn to consciously set your focus and proactively shape your workday. You develop strategies to stop demotivation and remain confident even under pressure. You connect personal goals with tasks to have lasting joy in what you do.
