What's it about?
A typically relaxed atmosphere on a hot September evening in 2047 at the Medusa Bar, the popular meeting point in the harbor of Turnton, when suddenly news spreads... An episodic radio play set in a possible future, presented as an interactive narrative for the audience, tells the stories of a society that, in response to devastating environmental destruction, decided to enable a good life for all. Since 2017, Time’s Up has been researching, developing, and building Turnton2047, making it accessible through immersive environments. Together with the Phoenix Theater, they are now creating a lively radio play. Time’s Up is supported by Linz Culture, Culture Upper Austria, BMWKMS, Linz AG, FWF [10.55776/ART6101324], and OTTOsonics.
