What's it about?

An unexpected inheritance brings four distant relatives together in an abandoned country house in Normandy, where they discover their mysterious family history together. In 1895, their ancestor Adèle, at the age of 21, sets out for Paris to search for her mother. She experiences a city on the brink of modernity, the rise of photography, and the beginnings of Impressionist painting. As her descendants follow the traces of this extraordinary woman, they not only uncover Adèle's unique story but also find their own path to the future.
