What's it about?

Steckerlfisch (Steckerl, Bavarian for "small stick" or "rod") is a fish grilled on a stick, a specialty. Our Steckerlfisch is caught in the North Sea and is called mackerel. For preparation, our Steckerlfisch are marinated in a homemade marinade. Steckerlfisch is eaten on the paper it is wrapped in after grilling. Reservations are taken on the hour.
