Wir Staatskünstler
What's it about?
Following the successful series of their 2025 year-in-review, the nation's political cleanup crew also tackles current events in 2026, presenting them as usual in a skillful and entertaining manner. Thomas Maurer, Florian Scheuba, and Robert Palfrader provide a fresh, current, and meticulously prepared review of the happenings of 2026. Satirical, pointed, in the style of 'Staatskünstler' (state artists). "Their mix of sharp cabaret and splendid stage moments made a year full of twists, quirks, and surprises pass by. With precision and routine, Thomas Maurer, Robert Palfrader, and Florian Scheuba exchange the ball. Elegant political satire paired with well-founded research. The comedy is close to reality, with many laughs and applause breaks." (Kronen Zeitung)
