Public Lecture

What's it about?

You are cordially invited to our free and public gatherings! Jehovah's Witnesses have two regular services each week, focusing on the Bible and its practical application in everyday life. Especially on Sunday (from 9:30 a.m.), biblical lectures on current topics are held, from which you will surely benefit. The topics range from family and social issues to environmental concerns and biblical prophecy, up to "What can we expect from the future?" We look forward to your visit! *Jehovah's Witnesses: Who we are We are people from different cultural backgrounds and speak different languages. As a worldwide volunteer community, we are united by the Bible in about 240 countries and territories, sharing common goals for a peaceful future for humanity. We want to honor God, the Creator, who, according to Genesis 1:1, created everything and whose name, Jehovah (Hebrew יהוה, JHWH), is recorded about 7,000 times in the Bible. We take Jesus Christ as our example, who, in the Lord's Prayer, emphasizes God's name at the very beginning when he says: "Hallowed be your name." Because, like Jesus, we bear witness to God and His name, we call ourselves Jehovah's Witnesses.
