What's it about?
This workshop is an invitation to discover the message of fairy tales for your own life. After brief general notes and facts about the effect of stories, we will immerse ourselves in the world of fairy tales through gentle body exercises (no sportswear necessary). We will listen to a story to build a bridge between the fairy tale world and our everyday life. A short reflection sheet allows you to afterwards transfer the message of the story to your daily life and gain a concrete benefit. (100% privacy, no group work!) Discover how you can activate your inner strength and gain new perspectives.
