INTERTWINED PATHS a special journey into the world of medicinal plants at full moon

What's it about?

The workshop is aimed at all those who want to regain access to themselves and to nature in their often very structured everyday lives. Through guided bodywork, breathing exercises and fantasy journeys, participants' own body awareness is first strengthened. This is followed by a guided excursion into the outdoors, where participants combine plant knowledge, nature experience and cultural history. A creative final phase makes it possible to apply the acquired knowledge by producing their own herbal products. The combination of bodywork, sensory experience, nature knowledge, history and creative expression has proven to be particularly sustainable and enriching in my work.I am a trained TEH® practitioner, theater pedagogue and cultural mediator and it is my concern to use my knowledge to connect the history(s) of medicinal plants through self-perception. In this way, I create a completely new, lively access to herbal knowledge. Material costs of 30 Euros per person will be charged by the course instructor and are not included in the course price.Registrations are only possible via the VHS!
