KoBV Consultation Appointments
What's it about?
The KoBV introduces itself. The War Victims and Disabled Persons Association for Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland is an advocacy group for people with disabilities, regardless of age. It provides free advice and information and tries to help shape the future – by influencing legislation and enforcement: The KoBV is in continuous contact with political decision-makers. The KoBV drafts statements on legislative proposals and submits legislative proposals. The KoBV participates in various public bodies and committees. In terms of social law, members are represented free of charge by the experts of the KoBV legal department before offices, authorities and courts, e.g. in: Nursing allowance matters, applications for prescription fee exemption, funding applications or applications for a disability pass. The association also supports its members in working life, e.g. with protection against dismissal. No prior registration is necessary for the free consultation appointments at the Ebergassing municipal office.
