With Herbert Marko, Robert Waditschatka, and Vivian Ziering. The years 1932 to 1934 mark the beginning of Nazi rule. The two friends and business partners, Max in the USA and Martin in Germany, maintain an active correspondence. Initially, Martin is critically distant, but he eventually becomes a socially successful Nazi supporter. The friendship with the Jewish Max turns into open hostility, leading to a fight for life and death... with letters! Herbert Marko and Robert Waditschatka read the fictional exchange of letters that first appeared in 1938. As a theatrical element, the letterheads are projected and play a dramatic role in the development and turning point of the thriller. The reading is accompanied by Vivian Ziering on piano, performing pieces by Franz Liszt, Frederic Chopin, and others. Herbert Marko: actor, filmmaker, disability support worker. Robert Waditschatka: actor, musician, doctor. Vivian Ziering: musician, IT technician, student. Read by Herbert Marko and Robert Waditschatka. Musical accompaniment by Vivian Ziering. Registration by November 4, 2026.
