Florian Scheuba - The world is ending but it's none of my business
What's it about?
Slowly the sun sets in the west. We sit in its last rays on the bank of the stream into which everything is going down: environment, biodiversity, democracy, human rights, truth, hope for a better future – while we argue about who threw it all into the stream. But can we fish anything out again? On a Baywatch mission, Florian Scheuba sits on the bank, looks out for lifeguards and dark sewers, wonders if this stream is already a mainstream, and confronts rampant doomsday tendencies by defiantly building humor dams. His sharp eye helps to defend against the daily impositions of a reality shaped by Trump, Putin, Musk and Herbert Kickl by means of satirical flashes of wit.
