What's it about?
The Virger Kirtag (traditional fair) is a traditional folk festival in the Tyrolean municipality of Virgen with religious and cultural aspects. The patron saint procession forms the heart of the day – a solemn parade that honors the church's patron saint and brings the community together. The whole village is on its feet: there is plenty of food and drink at the many stands and tents. Whether traditional Tyrolean specialties, drinks, or sweets – there is something for every taste.
