LA FAMILIA – five exceptional musicians from the famous Rosenberg family – stand for Gypsy Jazz at the highest level. Inspired by Django Reinhardt's musical legacy, Stochelo and Mozes Rosenberg combine technical brilliance with creative lightness and an unmistakable ensemble sound. Their international career has led the Rosenbergs to legendary concert halls such as Carnegie Hall and the Concertgebouw, as well as to the world's major jazz festivals. For this special program, La Familia unites classics from the American Songbook – including unforgettable Sinatra melodies – with their own energetic Gypsy Jazz compositions. The warm, expressive voice of Johnny Rosenberg, known from The Voice of Holland, adds an additional, surprising color to the evening.
