Freshly Smoked Reinanke

What's it about?

On Friday, we smoke our freshly caught Reinanke from our own net fishery on Lake Millstatt over beech wood in front of the guest. We fillet the oven-warm fish directly in front of the guest, served with creamed horseradish and apple-celery salad.
