From 1988 to 1994, he completed his vocal studies at the Tbilisi Conservatory (Georgia) with Prof. Ana Chikhradze. In 1994, he continued his vocal studies at the Mozarteum in Salzburg with Prof. Martha Sharp. After permanent engagements at the Theater Augsburg, the Staatstheater Darmstadt, and the Aalto Musiktheater Essen, he has been working internationally as a freelance artist since 2013.
