Wild herbs are the original forms of our cultivated plants, rich in important ingredients and very healthy. Together we will prepare a delicious, energy-rich spring menu.With herbal educator Elfriede Mazzarella-Kerschbaumer and a Nature Park Ranger, we will be on the trail of wild (un)weeds at the farm with basket and scissors.
