Nordic Walking
What's it about?
When: year-round, every Tuesday, at 2:00 PM Where: at the parking lot by the elementary school in Treffen Who: Christa Glanznig Nordic Walking is the ideal sport for beginners and advanced participants. It is an easy-to-learn full-body workout that engages the entire muscular system through arm-pole work, and also stimulates the cardiovascular system and metabolism. Registration at the municipal office by phone at +43 4248 / 2805 -11 or by e-mail at treffen@ktn.gde.at.
