The small farm shop "Fischerei Zur Alten Mühle" at Gut Schloss Lichtengraben is a popular meeting point for connoisseurs. Every Friday at the "Zwölfeläuten" (noon at 12 p.m.), there is delicious, oven-warm smoked fish fresh from the oven. Served with house-made wood-fired bread and Oberskren (cream horseradish), options include char or trout from the farm's own fish pond. Natural apple cider or apple juice from the organic orchard complement the meal. A wonderful lunch break surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and historic ensemble, or just a nice outing! From mid-June to the end of September, you can also enjoy the smoked fish on Sundays. Fridays: November – March from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. April – October from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sundays: from June 15 to the end of September, from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Shopping for regional products is available at...
