FISCHERIA at Gut Schloss Lichtengraben Smoked fish. Nature. Castle enjoyment. A special place for all who appreciate good taste and exceptional ambiance. In our Fischeria at Gut Schloss Lichtengraben, the fish comes from our own breeding and is served directly from the smoker. Trouts and char are freshly smoked here with a lot of experience and traditional craftsmanship. From 12:00 PM, the first oven-warm fish are ready to serve – classic with creamy horseradish and real wood-fired bread. And because fresh from the oven simply tastes best, our smoker remains in operation until closing time. Throughout the day, fresh smoking is done repeatedly, so that trout and char are continuously served oven-warm. Sit directly by the island pond or in our cozy pavilion and enjoy a relaxed stay amidst castle, nature, and culinary craftsmanship. We kindly ask for a table reservation.
