FISCHERIA at Gut Schloss Lichtengraben Smoked fish. Nature. Castle enjoyment. A special place for all who appreciate good taste and extraordinary ambiance. In our Fischeria at Gut Schloss Lichtengraben, the fish comes from our own breeding and is served directly from the smoker. Trout and char are freshly smoked here with a lot of experience and traditional craftsmanship. Starting at 12:00 PM, the first oven-warm fish are ready to serve – classic with creamy horseradish and real wood-fired bread. And because fresh from the oven simply tastes best, our smoker remains in operation until closing time. Throughout the day, fresh smoking is done repeatedly, so trout and char are continuously served warm from the oven. Sit directly by the island pond or in our cozy pavilion and enjoy a relaxed stay amidst castle, nature, and culinary craftsmanship. We kindly ask for a table reservation.
