What's it about?

The Saualpe is THE sun balcony of Carinthia. While the local mountain ranges generally run from west to east, this mountain range folds from north to south. The result: a unique panoramic view over all of Carinthia to the Julian Alps in Slovenia and Italy. Especially when the sun literally falls into the sea in the west, magical moments for all senses arise. Gentle curves instead of steep ascents - that's the motto. Arrived at the summit, we await the approaching sunset together and perceive how nature around us becomes quieter and quieter and flora and fauna settle down to rest. After a souvenir photo at the summit cross, we descend relaxed and full of new impressions with headlamps to the starting point.
