The municipality of Launsdorf cordially invites you to the vernissage of Carinthian artist Barbara Edmonds, who works under her artist name Ananda.Ananda is a self-taught artist and creates expressive abstract works inspired by emotions, personal experiences, and the beauty of nature. Her impressions from New Zealand and Australia are particularly formative, reflected in her colors, shapes, and symbols. Her art aims to touch and connect people, creating space for their own thoughts and feelings.Professionally, Barbara Edmonds works as a social pedagogue, supporting families in challenging life situations. The connection between humanity, creativity, and hope is reflected in both her professional work and her art.Selected works will be presented as part of the vernissage. A special highlight of the evening is the auction of a painting in aid of a social project. The entire proceeds will benefit a family in need or a young person from the region, thus setting an example for cohesion and solidarity. All art enthusiasts are cordially invited to spend an inspiring evening with art, encounters, and good conversations, while also making a valuable contribution to a good cause.
