The trail starts at the lido, where you follow hiking trail no. 8 on the footpath towards the abbey. Upon reaching the abbey, continue to follow hiking trail no. 8 slightly uphill to Rottenstein Castle. Past the castle, you leave the asphalt path and enter a forest path, arriving in Drasendorf. There, you leave hiking trail no. 8 and now take connecting path no. 1a, passing several houses until you reach a forest path again, rejoining hiking trail no. 8, which you then follow to the destination point at the lido. Make use of the benches along the route!
