What's it about?
To conclude the special exhibition “Kampfzone St. Veit,” Philipp Novak focuses on selected female life paths in St. Veit and Carinthia between 1914 and 1945. The focus is on women as perpetrators, victims, pioneers, and resisters – highlighting different experiences, degrees of agency, and fates in the first half of the 20th century. Philipp Novak is the author of the book “Buttinger. Links das Herz, rechts der Tod.” Peter Jug lives as an artist and musician in St. Veit. Free admission!
