Tscheppaschlucht Nature Experience Location: Tscheppaschlucht Description: Experience an impressive guided hike through the wild and romantic Tscheppaschlucht gorge in southern Carinthia. The tour begins leisurely along the Loiblbach, before the spectacular gorge starts after the Goldenes Bründl. The path leads over ladders, bridges, and steps to a total of three impressive waterfalls. Highlights of the hike: • Ascent directly next to the first waterfall • Second waterfall below the Loiblpass road • Suspension bridge to the roaring Tschaukofall • Viewing platform and imposing rock arch • Nature trail "In the Footsteps of Dr. Peter Tschauko" Along the way, you will learn interesting facts about the fauna and flora of the Loibl Valley. Passing the Elfenquelle (Elf Spring) and the Liebes-Platzl (Love Spot), you will finally reach the Gasthof "Deutscher Peter", where a cozy stop for refreshments is possible.
