What's it about?

The Coppla Kaša guarantees natural, local organic quality. The Kaša (= a grain storage - formerly found at every farmhouse) Coppla (= old name for Eisenkappel). This year's festival theme is "Are we mountain farmers fair game? | Smo gorski kmetije prosti za odstrel?". The Coppla Kaša is an association of mountain farmers from the Vellach Valley in collaboration with their Slovenian neighbours. At this festival, products produced by the farmers are presented and offered. Here you can taste and purchase a variety of products such as slivovitz, liqueurs, ham, salami, bread, honey, jams, dried fruit, herbal creams, essences, sheep's wool and sheep's wool products, herbs, teas, vinegar, flour and much more.
