At Yoga at Ilsenhof, directly on the idyllic Turnersee, you can expect mindful movements, strengthening asanas, and conscious breathing exercises amidst nature. The relaxed atmosphere by the lake creates space for peace, balance, and new energy – ideal for bringing body and mind into harmony. Date: Summer 2026, every Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.In case of bad weather, an alternative date will be offered if possible. Meeting point: Strandbadwiese at Ilsenhof Level: Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
