The sculptures exhibited in the arcades and outdoor passages of the castle come from the collection of the Carinthian State Art Collection / MMKK. They are freely accessible and are shown in a permanent exhibition that has been continuously expanded since the 1960s. Through new acquisitions, donations, and long-term loans, this collection continues to grow flexibly. The exhibition offers a representative overview and also provides insights into the diversity of the collection. Selected works document and vividly convey the sculptural work of contemporary Austrian art from the past six decades.
