What's it about?

In this closed women's group, we will jointly explore the deeper meaning of the annual cycle in nature and also turn to our original cyclical female power that is inherent in each of us. For a full, round year, we will explore the ancient feminine realms within and around us and create a protected space where you are welcome and let us together HONOR and CELEBRATE our WOMANHOOD. Contents: Talking circle, silence, mindfulness exercises, imparting ancient women's knowledge, meditation, movement in and with nature BEING... Course instructor: Ingrid Neuscheller creates a "space for women, nature & mindfulness" in her work. She is a cycle expert, experienced women's and girls' companion and leads women's circles in Pörtschach, Techelsberg and Linz.
