Culinary delights featuring regional fish - char fillet, grilled fish on a stick, salmon trout tartare, crayfish, fine char ceviche, baked carp fillets, salmon trout carpaccio, fish burgers, and much more. BUT, there are also ALTERNATIVES to fish (meat-veggie).
