Starting in mid-November, our popular Wild Weeks begin, during which we serve you specialties from forest and field in all their variety. Look forward to tender braised wild game ragouts, aromatic roasts, or finely tuned wild soups – accompanied by classic side dishes such as red cabbage, lingonberries, and homemade dumplings. With great attention to detail and regional inspiration, we prepare the dishes to highlight the original flavor of the game.
