From the glittering Flinserl costumes to the elegant Plätte on the lake in Ausseerland, the centuries-old trade relations with Venice can still be felt today. Once, the salt traders brought magnificent garments and Mediterranean delights over the Alps to us. On Tuesday evening, we revive this historic axis at Zloam Wirt and make the connection palpable on the palate. Completely authentic, with the best of Italian cuisine: crispy Pinsa and fine Pasta.
