Kinderkrampus

What's it about?

The Krampus season is an important part of the regional culture in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut. At the Kinderkrampus in Bad Mitterndorf, this special tradition is introduced to the youngest generations and celebrated with great enthusiasm. On the first two Fridays in November, the young Krampusse gather at the parking lot of the Tauplitzalm Alpenstraße in Bad Mitterndorf. This event helps keep local customs alive and celebrates the Krampus season in Bad Mitterndorf in a traditional way.
