Sweat Lodge Retreat in Gesäuse | May 14–17, 2027 Imagine leaving everyday life behind for four days. You wake up in Gesäuse, with the mountains at your door. Together, we set out on foot to climb up to an alpine pasture – not just as a hike, but as a medicine walk. Step by step, it becomes quieter. Everyday life stays down in the valley. The focus of these days is a sweat lodge ceremony amidst the mountain scenery of Gesäuse. Heat, darkness, earth, water, and fire create a space where we can pause, let go, and reconnect with what often becomes quiet in daily life. The four days are accompanied by shamanic drum journeys, a cacao ceremony, nature experiences, and other rituals. In between, there is time for reflection, encounters, shared meals, and simple being.
