Nordic Walking from Midlife Onwards
What's it about?
Twice a week, the guided Nordic walking group gathers at Bräuter Teiche in Mürzzuschlag for gentle endurance sessions in the open air. This offer is aimed at people from midlife onwards who enjoy regular outdoor exercise and want to be active in a relaxed community. The pace is deliberately kept slow, so that entry is possible at any time and without prior knowledge. Experienced local trainers accompany the group and give tips on the correct Nordic walking technique. Participation is completely free of charge. Mürzzuschlag is located in Styria's Mürztal and, with the Bräuter Teiche and the surrounding natural area, offers a pleasant setting for regular exercise in the fresh air. Anyone looking for an easy introduction to regular physical activity will find an open and motivating community here.
