FIT Family and Health Day in Bad Waltersdorf

What's it about?

At the Family and Health Days, a fun & FIT program awaits you at the H2O Therme for all ages! Throughout the day, there will be the opportunity to participate in several stations. There is the possibility to perform a bioimpedance analysis to get an overview of your body's health status. In addition, participants will receive a varied exercise and nutrition program and tips on the effect of food in the body.
