FIT Familien- und Gesundheitstag in Bad Waltersdorf

What's it about?

At the Family and Health Days, you can expect a fun and FIT program at the H2O Therme for young and old! Throughout the day, there are opportunities to participate at several stations. There is the possibility to have a bioimpedance analysis performed to get an overview of your body's health status. Additionally, participants will receive a varied exercise and nutrition program and tips about the effects of food on the body.
