Table & Flame invites you four times a year to special gourmet evenings where the season dictates the taste. Each edition brings the flavors, colors, and products of the season to the table – regional, fresh, and with a creative signature. Changing chefs create unique culinary experiences from traditional roots, seasonal ingredients, and new ideas. The focus is on shared enjoyment: dishes to share, time to linger, conversations at the table, and an atmosphere that connects culinary art, nature, and community. A special part of Table & Flame is the shared winding down at the fire pit. After dinner, we gather by the fire – in the warmth of the evening, in the light of the flames, and in a moment of conscious pause.
