Invitation to the Family Hike Day – Together for our children! On October 26, 2026, the Elternverein Bad Waltersdorf warmly invites you to the traditional Family Hike Day! The start is from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the ESV Hall Bad Waltersdorf – ideal for early risers as well as for leisurely late starters. The approximately 10-kilometer route leads through the beautiful surroundings around Bad Waltersdorf and is easy to walk for both adults and children. The little hiking enthusiasts can enjoy an exciting children's quiz with funny and educational questions, as well as a guessing game for all age groups. Great prizes are to be won! For your physical well-being, several refreshment stations with refreshing drinks and snacks are available along the route. After the hike, there will be good food at the ESV Hall and the opportunity to end the day in a convivial atmosphere. The starting fee is 3 euros for adults, children up to 14 years can hike for free. All proceeds from the event directly benefit our children – whether for school projects, excursions, or new learning materials. Come by, spend a lovely autumn day with family and friends, and support a good cause at the same time. We look forward to many small and large hiking enthusiasts!
