Lecture: "Water is Life"

What's it about?

Pfarrzentrum Sinabelkirchen Sinabelkirchen 1 8261 Sinabelkirchen Speaker: Georg Zeiler (religious educator from Öblarn), chairman of the association "Brunnen für Brasilien" (Wells for Brazil) "Praised be You, my Lord, through Sister Water, which is very useful, humble, precious, and chaste," as St. Francis of Assisi praises water in his Canticle of the Sun as an essential gift of creation. Clean drinking water at the push of a button? For many people in the dry regions of Brazil, access to clean drinking water is still not a matter of course. We warmly invite you to our informational lecture "Brunnen für Brasilien." Learn firsthand through a multimedia presentation how the construction of groundwater wells concretely helps the local people and gain insights into the work of the association. After the lecture, we will end the evening casually with drinks and rolls. Admission is free; the team of "Brunnen für Brasilien" appreciates voluntary donations.
