What I have always wanted to know about smudging! Smudging is an ancient tradition that holds special significance especially during the dark season and the Rauhnächte (traditional winter nights). But how does one smudge correctly? Which plants are suitable for it and how can the Rauhnächte be consciously shaped? In the smudging workshop with Monika Sommersguter-Maierhofer, everything revolves around the world of smudging. Together, questions will be answered, plants and their uses will be learned, and the basics of smudging will be explored.
